How We Help
Our attorneys and paralegals work to achieve positive results for our clients in all aspects of domestic and family law, workers compensation, personal injury and criminal defense. This includes custody, child support, alimony and property division, trial preparation strategies and litigation, mediation, and meeting with families in times of crisis. We obtain settlements providing financial security for our clients, including children who lost parents in accidents, a husband or wife going through divorce, and injured workers who still have to provide for their families.
Problems We Solve
Our most difficult cases involve the pain and emotion of real life situations, such as contested divorce and custody issues; or, a client critically injured in an accident, or has a work related injury, is unable to work, yet is still striving to provide for their families and to maintain a feeling of self-worth. We devise strategies for dealing with division of high dollar estates in divorces.

We provide professional and dependable legal representation in Gwinnett County and the surrounding metro Atlanta area. My firm’s attorneys and staff work as a team to bring our extensive trial experience, legal research and writing skills, and other resources to achieve effective and efficient results for our clients. Our attorneys have extensive experience and training in contested hearings and trials before both judges and juries and are determined to achieve positive results for our clients.
What Makes Us Unique
Our attorneys and paralegals have a comprehensive understanding in all aspects of perosnal injury, workers compensation and domestic law including trial preparation and litigation, as well as mediation and Guardian ad Litem investigations. We provide the legal services necessary in high dollar financial and medical issues that our clients face in their cases. Margaret has served as an instructor in continuing legal education seminars, including Family Law and Workers Compensation. This keeps our lawyers aware of recent developments in the law. We are also very involved in community service and charitable organizations.
